The YMCA of South Florida is hiring a Salesforce Administrator. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Salesforce Administrator is an expert in Sales Force product. The individual in this role will drive cross-functional discussions to assist with governance over the YMCA’s usage of technology applications. They will collaborate with senior operations and finance leadership, to align the use of technology with the evolving operational needs of the organization.

Essential Duties:

  • Work with Senior Leadership and stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver business value.
  • Supports the integrations and connectivity bridges between systems with a deep knowledge of how information flows through various platforms.
  • Leverages multiple systems to bring data together and produce analysis.
  • Assigns user profiles, sets user validation criteria, creates user accounts, assigns new users responsibilities, and allows for varying degrees of data access to appropriate parties. Assist users get the most out of Salesforce technology and increase productivity and efficiency in a centralized way.
o Trains staff members on the use of Salesforce software; including, but not limited to, Salesforce, NPSP, One Cause, and the Organization’s Website marketing and Engagement tool, Pardot.
o Performs such tasks, as creating user accounts, setting data access levels, resolving user issues, developing reports, and maintaining data integrity.
o Develops formal security requests / processes and manages user role based permissions to reports and the system.
  • Builds interactive dashboards and reporting to develop tracking in key metrics to drive operation business forward.
  • Highlights key trends derived from data analysis and be a resource for improving data proficiency throughout the organization.
  • Generates special ad hoc reports and perform analysis as requested by supervisor and other stakeholders.
  • Establishes productive relationships and effective communications with Organization leadership to understand business drivers and align on required outcomes.
  • Manages visibility across the Organization to help push strategic initiatives forward and surface critical issues.

Qualifications, skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Seasoned, mature leader with 5 years of experience in ERP (Workday & NetSuite) CRM (Salesforce) and IT.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managing Sale Force platform experience
  • Possession of Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Understanding of database structures and how to query data. (i.e. SQL)
  • Proven ability to set and lead strategies through technology change management.
  • Proven hands-on technical background in data science, business intelligence or data engineering with demonstrated strategic impact at an executive level.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and an aptitude in translating data into actionable insights that help define strategic direction, provide clear insights, and inform outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce upgrades and guaranteeing smooth connection.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and related functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity in working with large sets of data and synthesizing such data into analyses and insights.
  • Ability to create Salesforce products and related functions.
  • Practical ability to visualize data, communicate about the data, and use it effectively.
